HDR Educator designs, delivers and evaluates educational programming and services aligned with the position’s programmatic focus:

Improving the financial capability of all county residents, with a specific emphasis on older adults, youth, low-income, and under-served groups. Training for community service providers on how to empower their clients with money management skills, and One-on-one financial coaching. In addition to the financial focus, the educator
will also program in the areas of promoting aging-friendly environments, coach effective parents, and help families to thrive.
