  • Guest Speakers: Dave Gustafson and Scott Gatske of UW School of Engineering – Systems, Trauma & Better Hand-offs
  • Community systems improvement projects including emergency detention and mental health/addiction crisis work
  • Information sharing during crises, mental health resource navigation, and Trilogy Network of Care web platform

OUR PARTNERSHIP consists of five county coalitions with representation from multiple sectors, guided by a steering committee.  Our work is supported by an eight-year grant (through 2022) awarded to SWCAP from the ADVANCING A HEALTHIER WISCONSIN ENDOWMENT, as part of AHW’s nearly $20 million award to 10 community coalitions in 26 WI counties.
